Pumpkin cream soup

Ingredients:

for 2 servings

Cut all vegetables on big pieces

1 onion

slice of celery

slice of parsnips

5-6 pumpkin cubes

5 cm. Wakame algae

ginger

parsley

miso

 

 

Preparation

* Put the vegetables in a pot, the order in which are written the ingredients needed for this recipe.

*Put water to cover the vegetables and boil for 30 minutes.

* Add water as much as you want a soup to be densely, and put the cream soup in a pot again.
