Pumpkin Pudding excellent choice for New Year holidays

Ingredients

1kgr . pumpkin

400 ml . rice milk

3 tablespoons rice flour

3 tablespoons barley extract malt

½ teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

* Clean the pumpkin , cut it to pieces and put it on steam to soften for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool and place in blender . Blend  it for 2-3 minutes .

* Take 100 ml . from 400ml . of rice milk and dissolve 3 tablespoons of  rice flour . Pour in rice milk 3 tablespoons barley extract malt and allow to melt .

* Boil the rice milk and  barley extract malt over low heat , adding ½ teaspoon nutmeg , 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add the dissolved rice flour and  stir for 10-15 minutes .

Pumpkin pudding

* Finally add the mixed pumpkin and cook another 5 minutes .
