Refreshing vegan salad

Ingredients for 2 servings

10 endive leafs

4 carrots

1 cucumber

5 radishes

1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil

1 teaspoon gomasio

1 lemon (juice of 1 lemon)

Refreshing vegan salad

Preparation

* Wash and cut the endive leaves into pieces.

* Wash and cut carrots and cucumber into  ellipses, and then ellipses into sticks.

* Wash radishes and cut them into circles.

* Place all ingredients in a bowl.

* Drain the juice from one lemon and pour it over the ingredients, add one tablespoon cold pressed olive oil, one teaspoon gomasio and mix the ingredients.

* Serve the salad, let it freshness  fulfill your being and let it be your companion until the end of the day.
