Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

Cauliflower

Onion

Seasoning or sea salt

Oregano

Little polenta

Cold pressed olive or sunflower oil

Lemon (lemon juice) optional

Roasted cauliflower

Preparation

Wash the cauliflower and divide the flowers. Put the cauliflower florets in a bowl with salt and seasoning, oregano and a little polenta.

Put cold pressed olive or sunflower oil in a pot, to heat and place the cauliflower to fry for 3-5 minutes.

Cut the onion in crescents and 2 minutes before it is ready add the onion crescents to the pot with cauliflower.

Roasted cauliflower

Put the roasted cauliflower in a bowl and pour lemon juice (if you like)
