5 sage leaves

1 cucumber

1 kiwi

½ lemon (peeled)

sweetener is not required,

but if you want it sweet, you can add 1 tablespoon maple syrup or 1 tea spoon barley malt.

* Peel the cucumber, kiwi and the lemon and place them in a blender.

* Add 250 ml. water and 9 sage leaves and blend for 3 minutes.

* Finally you can add a few ice cubes, maple syrup, brown sugar or barley malt, but its not required.
