Beets, celery, radish and parsnip salad recipe
4 pinches of sea salt
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
* Place the beet root, celery and parsnips to soften steam 5-7 minutes.
* Allow to cool and cut them into pieces, then put them in a bowl.
* Add radishes, 4 pinches of sea salt, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
* Mix all ingredients and combine the salad with any meal.
