Strawberry smoothie

Ingredients

350 gr. strawberries

100 gr. blackberries

1 orange (orange juice)

Preparation

* Wash and clean the strawberries and blackberries.

* Drain the juice from the orange.

Strawberry smoothie

* Place the strawberries, blackberries and orange juice in a blender and blend them for 2-3 minutes.

Useful information:

* Strawberries are excellent source of vitamin C  and a good source of manganese.

* Blackberries contents dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese.

* Orange  is an excellent source of  vitamin C.
