1 avocado

2 tablespoons cooked rice

1 tablespoon cooked lentils

1 tomato

1 carrot

Half a cucumber

Half an orange ( the juice )

* Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seed and carved it.

* Put 2 tablespoons of cooked rice and 1 tablespoon cooked lentils in a bowl.

* Cut tomatoes, carrot  and  cucumber into cubes and add them to the bowl with the rice and lentils.

* Add the orange juice, mix all ingredients and fill the avocado with this filling.
