Summer quinoa smoothie

Ingredients

50 ml.rice milk

3 tablespoons boiled quinoa

3 tablespoons walnuts

1 apricot

1/2 plum

1/2 peach

1 teaspoon barley malt

1 teaspoon chopped raisins

Preparation

* Put 50 ml. rice milk in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons boiled quinoa

* Wash the fruit, remove the seed and add them all to the blender.

* Add 3 tablespoons walnuts, 1 teaspoon barley malt and one teaspoon chopped raisins.
