Swiss chard salad-low in calories

Swiss chard salad  

Ingredients

9 Swiss chard leaves

2 carrots

5 rounds of celery root

2 cloves garlic

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or unrefined  sunflower oil

2 pinches sea  salt

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Preparation 

* Wash the Swiss chard leaves and place them in the water where you put 1 tablespoon sodium bicarbonate . Let the leaves in the water with sodium bicarbonate for 5 minutes, then pour the water that has sodium bicarbonate  and rinse the leaves with water . This procedure will protect you from  parasites .

* Put water in the pot to boil with 1-2 teaspoon of sea salt . Put  a cold water in another bowl . Once you boil water with salt , remove the pot from the fire and put a leaves of Swiss chard one by one on it for 2-3 seconds to soften and immediately shock the leaf putting it in cold water . Then cut the Swiss chard into thick strips and place them in a bowl .

* Wash and cut carrots and celery into strips and place them on steam for  3-4 minutes to soften . Then add the carrots and celery strips in bowl with Swiss chard .

Swiss chard salad

* Add 2 pinches of salt , 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar , grated garlic and  2 tablespoons olive oil and mix all ingredients.
