Kiwi-figs smoothie

Ingredients

2 kiwi

3 figs (fresh or dried)

2 tablespoons raspberry

100-150 ml. water

Kiwi-figs smoothie

Preparation

* Clean the fruit and place them in a blender.

* Add 100-150 ml. water in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.

Kiwi-figs smoothie

 

This delicious smoothie can be substituted for a meal.
