Аvocado and broccoli salad recipe
Ingredients for 4 people
1/8 purple cabbage
3 pinches of sea salt
50 gr. sunflower seeds
* Clean the carrots and broccoli and put them on steam for 1-2 minutes to soften.
* Place them in a bowl to cool.
* Clean avocado, cucumber, tomatoes and cabbage. Cut them into cubes and add them to the bowl with the broccoli.
* Put 50 gr. of peeled sunflower seeds in a hot pot and bake them without oil for 2-3 minutes. Allow them to cool and then crushed them.
* Add 3 pinches of sea salt, add crushed sunflower seeds and and mix all ingredients.
You can add a lemon juice, but it is not necessary.
