“The Queen of autumn” – juice which protect the body from disease

Autumn juice

Ingredients for 3-4 cups

2 quinces

2 pears

2 apples

10 grains of  grapes

100-150ml. water

Preparation

* Wash and clean all ingredients and put them in a juicer.

Autumn juice

Dilute the juice obtained with 100-150 ml of water and drink it within 10-15 minutes.

*Quince, pear, apple and grapes are very useful autumn fruits . Quince is rich in fiber , vitamin C , beta carotene and malic acid .
