Thin pancakes made of buckwheat flour

Ingredients

buckwheat and brown rice pancakes

  1. 100 gr. of buckwheat flour
  2. 100 gr. of  rice flour
  3. 25 gr. of  sugar (white or brown)
  4. Half  teaspoon of salt
  5. 25 gr. of oil or butter
  6. 350 ml. of soy milk or water

Preparation

*In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, and in another bowl mix the oil and the soy milk.

*Put all the ingredients together and mix them well. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes.

*If the dough is too thick, add more milk (the dough should be as thick as the regular dough for pancakes).

*Bake them as you bake regular pancakes, and serve them with a barley malt extract and tahini, honey, or maple syrup. You can also combine them with something salty. The choice is yours.
