Vegetable soup

Ingredients

 

1tablespoon of cold pressed sunflower oil

1 onion head (chopped into cubes)

1 zucchini (chopped into cubes)

1 small celery root (chopped into cubes)

1 small parsnip (chopped into cubes)

1 carrot (chopped into cubes)

Vegetable soup

Preparation

 

Place 1 tablespoon cold pressed sunflower oil in a pot.

Wash and clean the vegetables and chopp them into cubes.

Place the vegetables in the pot in the following order:

First place the chopped onion, then chopped zucchini , celery, parsnips and the carrot cubes at the end.

Vegetable soup

Put water and leave to boil for 20-30 minutes.

10 minutes before the end put a hand full of wholegrain pasta and 5 minutes before it is ready put broccoli florets.

Vegetable soup

In the end mix the vegetables lines to get a balanced  soup.
