Yellow beans and chickpeas salad recipe
400 gr . yellow beans
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 purple onion (not necessarily )
1 teaspoon oregano
4 pinches of sea salt
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons of cold pressed olive oil
5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
* Wash the chickpeas , place them in a bowl full of water through the night. Leave them to infuse all night and boil them the next day .
* Wash the carrots and cut them into ovals and then into cubes. Put them on steam with the yellow beans and broccoli for 5-7 minutes to soften . After that place them in a bowl and leave to cool.
*Add the boiled chickpeas.
* Cut the onions into crescents ,the babura into cubes and add them into the bowl.
Preparation for the salad dressing
Place 3 tablespoons olive oil 5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar , 4 pinches of sea salt , finely chopped garlic , a tablespoon mustard , a teaspoon of oregano in a bowl and mix all the ingredients .
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix all ingredients .
